“Summit County is committed to services and policies that support the health, safety and welfare of all Summit County residents. Mental wellness is a fundamental element of a healthy community.”

Roger Armstrong, Summit County Council Chair

The Summit County Mental Wellness Alliance is a community coalition of government entities, nonprofits, private businesses and citizens working to enhance the quality of life for all Summit County residents by improving community awareness of mental health & substance abuse, increasing access to effective treatment, and increasing effective prevention efforts.

In plain English, we are a collection of entities within Summit County, Utah dedicated to building awareness of how important mental health is, reducing stigma around mental health and making people aware of the variety of mental health resources available to our community.
